I love seniors! Every year I get the exciting privilege to photograph seniors on their way to start a new chapter of their lives!
It was a beautiful late summer/early fall morning last weekend and I met up with Hannah and her mother downtown in the Crossroads Art District of Kansas City. Hannah is a sharp and lovely young lady on her way to attend UCM and study interior design in 2016. Wishing you the best of luck Hannah! Study hard and stay creative!

I've known Joe since he was a baby! I use to babysit him and he also happens to be my cousin ;). NOW he is a Senior... where did the time go?! Over the years he has grown into an amazing young man. As you can see from all the uniforms shown, on top of being a busy Senior, he is also a volunteer fire fighter for Boone County, currently Vice President of his FFA chapter and remains actively involved in Boy Scouts of America. Joe plans on pursuing a career in agriculture after school. Let's wish him the best of luck. Way to go Joe! The beautiful lady pictured above is someone very special to both Joe and I... our Grandmother!
We wouldn't be who we are today if it wasn't for her love and influence. <3 It's senior season! As the weather cools off and the leaves start changing, new seniors start checking off graduation to-dos - and among those are their senior portraits! This very important time in their life - I'm so blessed to be chosen to be apart of it! This past session I had was with Hayley down on The Independence Square. We had perfect weather and a great time. She's a beautiful girl, inside and out. I wish her the best of luck next year. Congrats Hayley!
