The Bazat Family

ENERGY... where do kids get it?! Part of being a family photographer (or a parent for that matter) is being able to adapt and keep up with these little energy balls we call kids. The Bazat's are lucky enough to have two little bursts of energy of their very own. They are FUN!
What I've learned over the years no child is alike. Every single one has a different personality, different energy level, some are excited about getting their picture taken, some are afraid. You never know what you are going to get when you meet a family and their kids. The most important lesson I've learned is to let these kids be themselves during a session. Pose them, get what you can as far as traditional portraits and then for the rest of the time just play with them and capture their spirit and personality while you run, jump, sit, roll and have fun. After all, aren't those moments the best keepsakes? They make for some exciting pictures and you catch moments that you wouldn't normally of had stuck with only traditional poses.
We had a beautiful fall day. It was overcast, but still colorful as the fall colors danced in the tree tops... The fall leaves scattered on the ground around the park. We took some beautiful shots of the family and kids. I hope you enjoy them!
