Woodland Wedding | Missouri

There is something romantic about the woods. Maybe it’s the mystery of what lies within, or the natural beauty that surrounds you when you find yourself in a grassy meadow surrounded by dense trees. Burr Oak Woods is a gorgeous setting and the inspiration for this shoot. The area is a conservation park, and therefore contains a variety of natural settings for all to enjoy. The end of summer bares tall wildflower grasslands and greenery as far as the eye can see.
Our woodland styled shoot combined the natural beauty of the woods with some vintage flare. Our palette of navy, crimson and gold gave a sense of traditional elegance - allowing the natural beauty of the park to shine on it’s own. The bridal attire, cake, floral and decor continue with this theme, bringing the pieces together.
